Because of the generosity of our in-kind donors, your dollars go far!
When you join Angels & Sparrows' Cupboard Club, you'll become a member of a special group of people who reach out monthly to ensure that struggling families in our community have access to food, other essentials services, and educational opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
We accept donations of unexpired, non-perishable food items all year long! Our needs change depending on the time of the year, so please email Luisa Amorino for a list of our most urgent needs. Donations can be delivered on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. If you're delivering items collected from a food drive, please email Cheri Allen to schedule a drop-off date and time.
There's nothing better than being here! Come see our dining room in action and learn more about the impact we're making in the local community.

Your donation will help provide struggling families in North Mecklenburg County with a Fresh Start. No amount is too small. Your gift ensures we can provide meals and groceries to food-insecure individuals and families, along with referrals to nonprofit partners for other essential services, and Pathway educational opportunities to help them achieve their full potential.
Matching gifts are a type of giving program that is set up by companies as an employee benefit. Once an employee donates to a nonprofit, they can complete a matching gift request and the company will make an additional donation to that nonprofit. It's free money that can double your impact! Check with your HR Department to find out if your company offers to match donations, as well as specific matching program information.
Do you enjoy working in the garden? reading to children? cooking? meeting new people?

Provide a Holiday Meal Box to a Food Insecure Family
2021 has been tough on many of our local families.
This holiday season, some families will gather in memory of a loved one who is no longer at the table, and others will simply give thanks for another year.
You can make sure that regardless of the troubles of the year, we can all gather with a traditional holiday meal with all of the trimmings.
Angels & Sparrows empowers families to reach their potential by providing access to food security and educational opportunities that lead to a fresh start.
We are a faith-based organization who welcomes all people.
