Serving neighbors who rely on nourishing meals from our Community Table and through Neighborhood Outreach—more than 1,000 families served and 242,000 meals provided in 2024 alone.
Supporting families seeking stability, support, and a way forward through our Pathway Program, which uses a 2Generation approach to equip 80 families annually with access to education, tutoring, mentoring, and college and career readiness.
Providing real results: 54% of Pathway families improved household income last year because of the program, and 94% of school-aged participants improved their reading and math scores.
Managing the evolving needs of our community that demand compassion, courage, and collective action.
