Brandi is a relationship-driven leader who blends heart with rigor. With more than two decades in the nonprofit sector, she has led complex programs and teams, aligning operations, staffing, and budgets to deliver results. She brings clarity to strategy, steadiness to transitions, and a commitment to accountability and transparency. Brandi has strengthened fundraising and stewardship by centering clear outcomes and open communication, and she champions a two-generation approach that connects adult education, tutoring, and mentoring so parents and children can move forward together. She is a graduate of Florida State University and holds an MBA. Colleagues know her for her calm presence, thoughtful listening, and ability to turn shared goals into practical action.
